Mozambique can't enlist the help of foreign militaries to fight their own people who want to turf out the government. As soon as they classify the insurgents as IS they become international terrorists and can have South African and US military personal in country. It's a matter of sovereignty for the Mozambican government.

I don't doubt there's bad people over there but there's a big difference between IS terrorists and a localised uprising. The last thing you want is the US coming in and exacerbating the issue. It's a common held belief that this issue will be resolved by creating jobs, idle hands drive people to do stupid things.

Tanzania is in a far worse position than Mozambique, that doesn't mean that Mozambique doesn't have room to improve though. If people can't handle the risk of investing in developing counties then why do it? Keep your cash in your TV Week money tin and keep you whinging your yourself. Nobody cares when you sell, nobody cares if you sell. If you're in this investment without a plan you deserve to either lose money or learn a lesson, neither are mutually exclusive.

There's a reason why the majority of chatter about MRQ has been on other social media platforms lately, less tw@ts!
