This is fantastic news, well done to all holders as wow this has been a rollercoaster on the down slope!

If this JV goes ahead, it is massive for MRQ.

Currently, our MCap is roughly 5 Million

The NPV is about 400 million, and normally once producing, a company is valued at 100% of NPV.

If we get our 25% of the JV, that would value us at roughly 100 million.

That is a full 20 times from our current position, or roughly 50-60 cents per share.

And without an extra cent paid by us. Dilution will likely come from the 500K invested at 4 cents, but this gives an indication of how good this deal may be.
