This looks like it will be an extremely good deal for LANQI if they proceed and take it to production. As is often the case, shouldering the upfront costs for an explorer that can't raise the capital can get you a very solid share of a JV. Thinking recently of Ganfeng who paid pennies retrospectively for their share of the Goulamina project in return for funding and expertise.
Doesn't make it a bad deal for shareholders here though as the alternative dilution is generally worse, and a lot slower. So here's to hoping that LANQI can and will pull this forward for us.
Interesting to throw in the $500k at 0.4c commitment at this stage - would have thought that if LANQI proceed we would be worth substantially more than that and could raise funds to cover our share at a better price. But I guess one in the hand is better right?
