A big congrats to all shareholders. It's been a depressing wait for all, but it's nice to finally see some light at the end of the tunnel.

This looks like a very good deal, which I expect to sail through the due diligence period.

Going it alone was always going to be a tough, massively dilutive ask. Having a cashed up and capable big brother has changed the profile of this investment in an instant. This is no longer another roll of the dice, but a project that is highly likely to see production.

The upside for MRQ is also not limited to this deal, there's plenty of related peripheral opportunities to be realized here.

From here, this now is a sit-and-wait money maker.

Unfortunately, for personal reasons, I was forced to sell at a 50% loss a few weeks ago and find this news bittersweet as a result.

I'm hoping to be in a position to buy in again during this due diligence period. Either way, I wish prosperity upon everyone here as MRQ looks to have finally found a way to turn this opportunity into a reality.
