this time will be different , market will consider more FA than TA. I think after second asseys results news(if positive) will still strong enough ,even retrace will still be short time and very little. u never know how big guys negotiate the big deals already or not . if half of 1.8billion tons HMS> 5% been recognized,it will be in a unnormally way to do this deals , big guys always did not think about and deal as public way when they smell the real money there.
I get a very strong feeling that a TO deals will be negotiate if asseys 2 results is real positive ( like I said before , the deposit of 900m tons and 1.8bliion tons is not big different , as if over 250m tons will be giants deposit and only descover 3 in last 20 years) . the TO may subjected to any conditions such us
1) basic takeover payments xxx million .
2) if 1.8 billion ton high 5% hms then xxx millon.
3) if scoping studies results... then xxx millon .
....

why it is not possible? the TO deals may be in 2-4 months.
anything can happen , shares holders knew how MRQ signed the contract with previous vendor is still like
if take over more than 100m , then xxxmillion shares issue..
if scoping studies ... ,then xxx millions share issue..

MRQ is bit of different , coz the massive massive massive deposit is over there...
there will be more strong bidder and more rich bidder than rio and bhp doing more faster job to grab that..xxx million for real big bidder is nothing .

at this piont (2.6c )waiting for results is mean when reuslts is good will up straight to 3.5 4 4.5 cent or more, otherwise negative results will be straight dump to 1.2-16cent. see how we go .lol
