Base Resources (BSE) bought Toliara in Madagascar for approx US$93 million or AUS$137 million.
Toliara is 857MT at 6.2% THM. Rutile at 2%. Zircon at 6%.
Lots of work to be done as I don't want to offend Peppie, however -
MRQ could replicate this deposit in my opinion with equal rutile and lower zircon.
Toliara is world class and it is interesting that MRQ are targeting in their first campaign, the Koko Masava anomaly.
This drill target is a strong radiometric anomaly with concentrations of Thorium and Uranium - where higher concentrations of zircon are held within the heavy mineral composition.
So a higher zircon grade could potentially put MRQ's Koko Masava anomaly to a deposit, with similar Toliara characteristics.
