As each timeline achievement occurs, each portion of shares get allocated.
After shares are allocated, the relevant escrow time begins.
So, if MRQ is trading at a high, wouldn't you want a) shares that b) you can sell?
Fortuitously, the wet season has yet to start for a few months..
