Cabaking, although my posts are generally negative on this company I want to see them prosper. there will be an opportunity here for MRG to a be a Disallowed! But now is not the time. They need to learn how to grow and not have to pay the growers 300 to 500 per tonne over the market!
This premium doesnt reflect the risk growers are taking and trust me growers will not jump on this offer. The last 20% payment comes in 30 days. Assuming the weather is good, a grower may have sent half his crop. assuming their profit margin is 20%, if mro fail to pay the last payment it's all over the little grower. Many of thrse growers had wine grapes and have alrrady been burnt by wineries and they wont forgot this..
would you take the risk as a grower??
