Norrliden - including for early stage risks has a profit margin of $113m. Resource is measured to 70m pit and is open at depth. It has an existing mining permit. I'd say that's commercial project.
"These results coupled with the existing mining permit over Norra have significantly increased the value of the Norrliden Project and have provided a number of potential pathways to create shareholder value. These pathways are being evaluated with our partner, Mandalay, who is also interested in evaluating all options."
Given the above quote, I'd say they are looking to divest/sell Norrliden.
You may want to grab some MRQ while they are cheap, the finalisation of the acquisition and commencement of field work could happen "imminently".
