Remembering that you must meet certain legal obligations to be a sophisticated investor and just like any criteria there is a sliding scale within that. Thus, you have smaller fish that barely meet criteria and much larger fish with much larger capital reserves. Natural course of action is playing out in my opinion and we have to hope for good news to flow eventually and secondary projects to tick over in right direction, MRG are only raising what they generally need from what i can see, to be somewhat fiscally prudent. 2024 hopefully a year for this arguable underdog punching well above its weight.
