Both are not small.
S32 earlier last year from memory was having a share buyback campaign. And silver is only a fraction of their entire revenue.
Developers are prone to be thrown into an 'orphanage'. Judging by the daily volumes of transaction, ADT appears to be victim of such.
I am a 'silver-digger', and when the stocks of a certain company does not correlate positively with price of silver, I know something's not right for me.
I would assume a lot others hold the same opinions, hence one of the reasons for why "they aren't getting any attention at the moment".
