normally means something is brewing.
Look at CE Mark announcement... price got up to 13 cents prior to and then maxed out at 13.5 cents.
Within a day or two it was back to 12 cents.
It must be noted that BB had states numerous times in presentations jt was coming within a month. One presentation in September he said it was coming before the end of the month.
First sale of APAS share price rose to 14 cents prior to announcement and then bit 14.5/15 for a day or so before going back down.
The exception to my above statements was the massive FDA announcement. Share price was trading at 7 cents the day before and not really doing much.
Sales are the only way to send the share price north and keep it there. Hopefully after a very long process we have some sales coming.
