    I hear what you are saying but I reckon all of us MSB holders have been guilty of looking at a fixed outcome ( like today's) and working backwards to find a justification that suits our argument. I'm as guilty as anyone.

    Is it not better to look at the background to the issue at hand - MSB has a long track history of not meeting expectations. The reverse is true for NVS.

    In my own case, I stated in a post to Sector or Wytee many months ago that NVS would be the umpire for me as far as rem-L in ARDS was concerned. I stand by that. The umpire has spoken as far as I'm concerned.

    Despite the negativity, there is still reason to be optimistic with GVHD, CHF & CLBP, though the last 2 will need at least one more trial each and I'm not sure where the funding is coming from for that.
