March 2020 is about when initial study with12 people finished at Mt Sinai Hospital in New York and that was probably a month before the P3 began run by the Icahn School of Medicine, but I'll leave the exact timing of those events to your due diligence.
Why hasn't the deal gone past the initial first dibs for $50m upfront part? Because Novartis have not yet either finished analysing the data they have access to or they don't yet have any longitudinal data that might be coming. How many days or weeks or months do you think it might take them? Are they in a hurry?
