Agreed, it is speculation.
But it is realistic. MSB is now on record, stating;
"A significant portion of the net proceeds will be used to scale up manufacturing......."
Would this happen if Covid19 was not crippling the world?
There are far more speculative clues that are positive, let alone previous test results from 12 years of grinding.
If there is anything negative coming from the front line re: the administered Rem-L in phase 2/3 patients, I am yet to see it.
