Also I have seen some companies they have lent to having rates of 10% or more, while some companies have closer to the 9% mark. So on average it may be 9.8% but MSB's 9.45% rate is well within the range of terms offered. Anyways until we see the detailed filing potentially in August there is no point in discussing this. I do know that the announcement specifically mentioned its non-dilutive and to do so when its not I would imagine would be breaching ASX/SEC rules.
