Also I have seen some companies they have lent to having rates of 10% or more, while some companies have closer to the 9% mark. So on average it may be 9.8% but MSB's 9.45% rate is well within the range of terms offered.
Yes, but the loans to those other companies are secured, so therefore it follows that...
I do know that the announcement specifically mentioned its non-dilutive and to do so when its not I would imagine would be breaching ASX/SEC rules.
Sure, but no rules broken if this is indeed a convertible arrangement, and the conversion takes place at whatever the share price is at the time.
