I think you're in the wrong thread or you are confused.
Mesoblast is a biopharma in about to get a first product through a P3 trial, not sure how you could read into it a claim to be "investment grade". Take a look at the larger investors, DYOR, look at what these businesses investment targets are.
And then there are the other P3 and P2 trials which you can DYOR on.
And where does this come from? Or is it just your favourite piece of text?
