I see this as a positive sign. Definitely indicates strong confidence in the product and SI doesn't want to share his pie. Perhaps, I imagine a partnership was on a table but upon unfavorable conditions. Weighing pros and cons, we are going it alone after all with a substantial loan on our shoulders. Bigger risk - bigger reward, hopefully not much of a gamble.
I share the confidence in MSB products, hence I bought in first time before Celgene times and that hasn't changed since. Although, my worries about commercialization path prevail.

This is a good news, I believe. It gives us a chance to grow up,mature and walk on our own. The facility is a railing along the path, but no mumma holding our hand, dragging us along. Hopefully, we don't stumble badly.
