Kudos the CFO of MSB here and Itsecu in engineering this deal.
$75M USD, unsecured, 30 months interest free period, then only at 9.45% interest pa with milestone caveats.
MSB needs time to dance with the FDA and all countries governing bodies to ensure that they get it right. AND getting this gives them time.
Management basically have stated...we will go it alone. AND that's gutsy. I like gutsy.
