Good question.
Answer: I have no idea who Tasly are, and how smart (or dumb, possibly) they are, so I am unable to form a view.
Do you know how smart they are?
PS. There have been a number of parties that have signed deals with MSB; at the time people told me those counter-parties were smart. But they proved not to be (or they simply disappeared). For me, taking my investing cues from the "endorsements" of others is not a very clever thing to do, so I don't do it.
