Yes I agree it is a pretty good deal for Osiris.
Osiris may also receive earnout on sales of acquired products, ranging from low single-digit to a 10% cap on annual sales in excess of US$750 million.
I think that was another incentive to take it to market themselves, other than the fact that MSB could. Being in a situation of only receiving royalty payments from licensees or probably even less percentage wise from an average kind of deal with a Sales partner would be a pretty bad wicket.
