Still, I can't think of a reason why the payments would not be due. But you need to recall what SI said about the return on going direct to market, a return of around 90% after marketing costs, would make the royalty payments fairly small. Very different if a Sales partner were in the picture.

Of course that 90% is rather dependent on what the actual agreed reimbursement to MSB is but I think even if it is less that still probably leaves a lot of leeway for profit from sales after cost of sales is deducted.
