20M is just the technology access fee for 2 products, for one market.
Additional double digit royalties and milestones on sales of these two products in said market.
Partner bears all costs and shares data.
What valuation range does that equate to on a worldwide basis ......( just for these two products remember)?
How many other products do MSB have at similar stages of development?
