I look at investing in small caps differently to the norm. I don't worry about dilution of shares, I focus on the company and understand they need capital to reach to commercialization. Most of the time it doesn't go to plan, like 90% of the time and I'm being conservative! if the SP hits $1, i'm happy. I'm not too greedy and I do have many other stocks.

I've been buying with every dip. Yes, risky, but I do it in a way (trade) where i mitigate my losses and the same time increase my risk\reward ratio. Example, it's recent run to 1.37, it was an opportunity to take some off the table considering the risks of FDA announcement and funding. I sold half of my holdings and bought back in at .44 and I have left over to participate in the right issue. I believe in the company and some my call me silly.

I'm riding this, it's either going to be bad for me or great!
