Settlement of the institutional component of the rights is 11 Dec, with shares allotted 12 Dec. This means an institution can sell their new shares this Friday and be able to settle the sale on 12. In practice, they could wait until at least 12 Dec to ensure the position is reconciled and good to trade, but is not strictly necessary. There is no escrow on the insto entitlement or placement (see 7D.4 of the appendix 3b).
