all i can do now is laugh. The information they should have disclosed over the course of this year they were adequately vague on....yet they announce a paid for award. Hey MSB, how about that statement in your capital raising docs about being in advanced stages of negotiating an agreement with MNK...then changing that wording subsequently to something more vague before referring to it as discussions at the AGM and noting you are now free to talk to other parties? What about some clarity on where that is now - not some bullsh*t award.
I lost a bomb based on my view that their disclosure in cap raising docs would have been subject to extensive DD and verification - therefore i expected them to actually be in advanced stages of negotiating an agreement - not something more vague like discussions!
i cant blame them for marking this crap market sensitive as i now know the ASX boffins do this.
all i can do now is laugh. The information they should have...
