IMHO the credibility of the award and its provider reflects on the credibility of the people who release the award to the ASX as "market sensitive". If the industry (ie potential partners) think they are credible - great - if not it smacks of desperation and is a BAD look. Readers can make their own judgement on which is the case and how that is likely to play out.
