I cannot believe whats going on on this thread just a few clips (IT IS NOT SO MUCH THE JAGGING OF THE MULTI-BAGGERS THAT MATTERS, AS IT IS TO AVOID PERMANENT CAPITAL LOSSES.)(One of my biggest positions today is a company I followed very closely for close to 3 years(!) before the event finally occurred that made me believe that my downside was adequately protected in terms of the probability of avoiding permanent capital loss.)(The question of how Teva views its relationship with MSB is a question best asked of Teva itself.)............Whilst I do read your posts and you have some points , you fail with honours with the very simple skills in investing long term and no doubt thats your aim ..You contine to worry about permanent loss of your capitol, any investor or trader knows you can limit that with stop losses which cost nothing so maybe you lose 5%-10% of your initial outlay also you can set buys etc.etc. so there is no need to wait for years to decide what u want to invest in.. While on the stops and set buys there is another choice for shorters .I often read short buyers are going to get burnt , not nowdays because some are algro. trading groups and have stop rises in place (sell) only to watch the rise then start the short cycle over again ..There other large holders and im talking sub. who dont short sell who churn MSB like you would not believe, there are a handful on this thread who can see this daily ...Anybody can do all the research in the world on MSB but they never do the most basic ,they look and look at a forest and dont see the trees ........

278,156,235 87.65%Read that but thats not all Teva may have 55.7 mill shares but they a lot more stake in MSB. also Capital have purchsed 3.3mill in 2014 they are not on the list .....substantial holders and top 20 own 278.m out of 321.6 mill shares issued which leaves around only 43 m shares with retailers which is declining rapidly.. My main issue here is of all the substantial holders and yep over ten years I can recall only one seller and he still holds over 20%, keep in mind the latest sub. buyer got in at $6.30 in 2014 and the others have ridden it to 10 $ and sold nothing ..to me thats easy research without all the head banging ...interesting to google a few of the top 20 ....Cheers Vin
