@Sector . The current clinical grading systems have been shown to have imperfectionshttps://hotcopper.com.au/data/attachments/4034/4034828-4f3adb6c9ae3addfe16d98efe023a2b8.jpgparticularly in Grade 3 patients . The most accurate classifications have come form ST2 bio marker scores incorporated into the MAGIC algorithms.

As to your hysterical claim that I am talking “tripe” , it is obvious you do not understand the Glucksberg or IMBTR grading systems. Grade 2/B is mild &Grade 4/D is severe. In our trial GVHD001 we had 49% of patients with overall Grade 4/D classification and 89% with either Grade C/D . In Cynatas trial , none of your patients had overall Grade D although (from memory ) I think you had 2 out of 16 patients with one organ grade at severe.

It really will not do…lecturing people on this thread when you have no appreciation of the subject. If I were you I would feel totally embarrassed…calling people out when you are totally wrong….shameful.

For your homework you can read the peer reviewed papers shown in the abstract below.
