My query was wondering if it was a legit use of the rules to finalise partnership negotiations before the results went public. Maybe it is not but then again we also have a number of hours post COB on the Nasdaq before open on the ASX.
Probably applies to all the results from US trials in the past anyway, who knows what time Mesoblast gets them, at which office, in relation to ASX open
