This is SI talking...sorry, I do not believe ANY timelines he puts out. He does great at science...and at building up unrealistic expectations on timing.
Indeed, if past history is any guide (and it usually is with MSB...), we'd be wise to add about 4-6 weeks to any specified date, around 2-3 months to any specified month , and at least one quarter to any specified quarter (e.g., Q1 2022 really means Q2 or Q3 2022).
Hope to be pleasantly surprised this time, but have really been burned too much by him on promised dates.
