They've done their inspection, which is nice, and there weren't any glaring deficiencies. But won't mean anything unless MSB gets an approval.
FDA will have access to all the data, including what we don't. Hopefully they like it this time. With the rate of cash burn, despite not running any trials at the moment, if the FDA requires a proper trial for confirmation MSB may not have enough fuel in the tank.
