Now, the reason Rem_l received a vote of 9-1, in it's favour, is because the question was, is it effective. The FDA approves drugs on efficacy.
The FDA does not reject drugs that are effective, even if they have side affects. (This will be labeled)
Worst case scenario for MSB is, FDA approves with conditions. .i.e another trial.
