Time and time again I'm reminded that revenue growth doesn't come free. When a business wants to accelerate the top line, the bottom line usually takes a hit initially to build out the cost infrastructure (R&D, implementation costs / staff, sales & marketing and in this case probably costs associated with due diligence for the M&A transaction)
That said I'm still quite surprised they managed to pull off $2m in operating cash flow last quarter - wonder how many cost items they deferred from Q4FY21 to Q1FY22 to dress up the Appendix 4C for Q4FY21 before raising capital?
