There isn't/ wasn't supposed to be a raise but all new companies budget for income and expenses come on as new hires and promos kick into gear.
Originally a preso highlights 20m revenue in FY17 for AVA. Whilst unlikely to hit this target/number there are some exciting things going on.
1 Fergus is signing up new clients. This process allows AVA to 'bid' for their work
2 If company hires are a sign of confidence, Fergus has this in spades. Already setting up offices around the Globe with handpicked G4S colleagues or one or two with the right attributes
3 with all salespersons/managers brought in what's the Company’s expectation for revenue per office/salesperson
4 recurring nature of these contracts already noted in Anns and preso. Whilst I don't anticipate it isn't 'set and forget' it's income that continues maybe forever
5 income noted in 6 monthly is for 6 to 10 weeks of the 6 monthly period. Annualised the numbers start talking
6 back to number 4. The income is recurring so salespeople can focus on new contracts and thus the annualised income should start being on the glide path upwards
Question what is the likely annualised income given above? Millions...
What we do know
Fergus tipped in $360k of his own cash at 3 cents. He previously managed the G4S Mena business worth 1Billion to G4S.... increased this business impressively during his tenure. Hes still based in Dubai and had all the contacts. All the G4S staff came through because of him.
I'd love to think break even likely in the current quarter but Christmas occurred and all new contracts won't have income straight away. The jobs that are won will only be an increasing fraction of what is available due to other contracts in place and what capability AVA have.
So far, he looks to have signed up 11 from 11. There's bound to be many more contracts being discussed which allows more business to be quoted
Cash raise is definitely possible... placement at 3 cents to get the right people set. The one thing I never understood was all the new guys coming on just on salary
