To answer your question on the other thread first, I think the management team has grown to 19 or 20 people. Since, they moved to bigger and better premises in the heart of the Adelaide CBD mid last year, we can expect them to keep on growing. This conference, may speed things up further I suspect.
Secondly, why Balama doesn't appear on the graph? I believe the word "proven" is critical here. Due to the fact that certain countries have lax laws and regulations that are unreliable and inconsistent. Impartial bodies and codes were formed to control the publication of mining exploration reporting. In Australia, the ASX mandates that mineral exploration findings, mineral resources, and ore reserves be made publicly available in compliance with a code of conduct known as the JORC code.
I believe a lot of investors many have been duped in the past. So, in all fairness it makes sense. Also, if you read the superscript 1 in the headline. That note appears at below the diagram and says the following: 1. Source: public company reports. Does not include graphite deposits that do not publicly report data on main stock exchanges in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States.
