Banker, yes I will go to the AGM. I like to go to the AGM of companies that I hold shares in, or ones that I am interested. I find it most helpful for gaining a perspective of the company by observing the interaction and behaviours of the Board and CEO. I have not been to an FFT AGM previously, so keen to be an observer. I do hold some FFT shares too. However, even I did not own FFT shares, I would still attend the FFT AGM this time because of the proposed merger offer, so that I can assess the competencies of the directors.
