Not sure how familiar you are with qpme?.. So i'll try and explain it in very simple terms. Qpme sends X amount of gas to tps. Qpme profits from the electricity Tps generates. If qpme sends 2X amount of gas to tps, tps runs for longer, revenue increase. "Utilisation" and "capacity factors" are purely metrics. This's an extremely simple explanation which doesn't factor variables such as opex or aemo price fluctuations
