Sure, nobody wants a delay, but I think I will look on the bright side of this one. I know several regions around their have been quite drought stricken for several years, and water security is a big issue for local miners and farmers alike. Hopefully the rain is falling where it is needed most and giving a decent top up to some of the dams in the area.
