this is good news. not outstanding but good, and it has been a long time since we have had good news.
I believe the business should sell the Nevada holdings to fund what is required to move this project along and avoid the need for an immediate capital raise. By doing this they will show some consideration for LTH who have been obliterated in holding value with the consolidation and death dive in price in past years.
A consolidation now to get the price to a point where large investors can join in (those limited in being able to buy penny stocks) will cause many to have unmarketable holdings - Goneski kaput $ evaporated. That would be disgrace should it occur.
My $55k is now $4k so it has a long way to rise. If successful we should rebrand as Phoenix!
