hancock posted an article indicating it is funding everything to get up to 70% of the JV, which I haven't seen announced anywhere.
While I have previously observed that this was a likely outcome, I am bothered that the cost in percentage is so high! will we really give up 12% of the JV just so we aren't out of pocket? Then again, our pockets don't have Billions....
