    Excellent news,and great timing.Investors who are ahead of the flock are realising these rarer industrial metals are being sought after by the industrialised countries(Japan,Korea,EU) that are being strangled by China's decision to keep all they produce to themselves.These countries will be looking to lock in all the production they can possibly lay their hands on,and fund expansion.
