    Agreed not factoring in the unknown and given that the debt facility has been forecast to be secured in the 1st qrt 2022 their is potential for a need to raise. I tend to think know would be a good time to raise given the recent SP appreciation and arguably potential re-trace, just another opinion of course. Good luck with your investment.
