The part I liked most was at the 30 minute mark where the subject of Mergers & Acquisitions came up.

Now, we all should remember Kevins most recent presentation where the concept of M&A under the two clusters (Qld & Spain) was broadcast.

In the above interview Kevin generously elaborated a bit more around this concept and their thinking about suitable acquisition targets.

In Australia, Wolfram Camp and Watershed are again mentioned and its reasonable to conclude, given their close proximity to Mt Carbine, that both ore bodies will be amenable to the benefits of Xray ore sorters.

In Spain, there are "..several operations that need help.." and they will firstly be looked at to see if their ore bodies will also lend themselves to the benefits of XRT - given, Saloro ore is already reaping the benefits, it is likely most of the Iberian tungsten mines will also qualify.

Kevin is looking to "..buy assets that are stranded. need technical support or where we can add value......especially with our XRT technology .....if thats applicable to an operation we are certainly going to look at it..."

"Thats where you could probably expect EQR to go this year ".

Now that we officially have both Cronimet and Oaktree on board as major shareholders (both of considerable size and both with huge northern hemisphere influence and contacts), we are no longer a small fledging Australian company - when a joint mineral resource/BFS estimate and resulting NPV is released to the market, this will prove that conclusively.

Management, to their absolute credit, have manoevred this company into a position where the capital expenditure incurred so far is akin to a sneeze, and now they are working with focus to get their opex per mtu down to an absolute minimum (to be competitive with the Chinese) and their recovery and grades up.

Their ESG in both hemispheres is both exemplary and award winning and it is something they pursue with a passion, not a reluctance - and their recognition for this bears testament.

As shareholders, we can all expect the 2024 landscape to change considerably, with M&A at the forefront, great open honest and transparent management, an increasing tungsten price which finally recognises the global shortage of supply and increasing demand and an increasing collective or aggregated ore base across all mines in both clusters which, for many years to come, will see EQR as THE TUNGSTEN COMPANY.
