I also have had those concerns and have raised them with management. They are frustrated with the SP and the selling down late in the day. In short it's a lack of buyers that is the problem. COVID hasn't allowed Kevin to meet investors in Sydney and Melbourne face to face. I think they understand this needs to happen, but they want to get the new gear in place and some production numbers under their belt. So they can change the story from "this is what we are gonna do" to "this is what we are doing and we are leading the pack".
As for a shareholder takeover. No group is building a stake and there are a couple of different groups within EQR who have more than 10% that would block an unfriendly or low ball bid.
