I can understand wanting to top up at these prices with a presentation like that. I wont at this point simply because when I look a the Dow and S&P500 I find the charts quite worrying - I think the US might be in for a lot bigger fall and the ASX will probably wear some of that - regardless of how strong a stocks fundamentals are. The upshot of this is that it should bounce back, if it does fall, very fast. Having said that EQR is holding up very very well considering the brutal selling that is going on currently.
