the management team can only announce via ASX a deal when it's done.
the postings are only confirming what has been provided in the Quarterly updates.
If Russell wanted to heavily dilute existing shareholders, he would have been able to raise funds via equity. Given it's taking longer suggests he's looking for the debt options.
