It's not rocket-science, ie, that's simply because the "smart money" pumps, milks and dumps, in that order, the random penny stocks that *may* be sitting on a lithium resource which *might* see production in 2022, BUT, they will at the exact same time, do everything in their power to continue downramping and price suppressing the real-McCoy-deal GXY SP whilst they continue to 'silently' Hoover up as much of it as is at all humanly possible, before the GXY cat finally, and forever-more, escapes from *their* confining sack.
