Guild, I also take heed to the other side of the fence, as there is and will be ifs and buts until it actually produces, but for now I will take my chances. Never one to put all my eggs in the one basket, and I wont deny ORE has benefits, but I tend to think just like the gold sector, we have high and low cost producers, both viable but both with distinct different production strategies to survive.
